I think this is interesting timing in this article from CBS Boston about the police chief of Middleborough wanting to start imposing a $20 fine on people that are openly swearing. “Air Pollution”. I just think that is sweet. I have always believed law enforcement should use the laws on the books just as a carpenter uses his tool box. Use whatever tool works to get the job done is a firm belief of mine.

Do you think it would be a good idea to have a small fine similar to this in an attempt to cut down on the cursing that is so open when out in the public?
